Kuwait Stock Exchange announces, as informed by strategia Investment Company, that based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 8-7-2015 and the approval of Capital Markets Authority on the optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange, and pursuant to article 26 of the Capital Markets Authority resolution No. 23 of 2014 about listing system in Stock Exchange and without prejudice to item No. (5) of that article, the company’s shares will be stopped from Kuwait Stock Exchange starting from Tuesday 1-3-2016.
