Strategia Investors, Inc. (SII) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuwait Pillars for Financial Investment (K.S.C Closed) – KPFI – (hitherto Strategia Investment Company – SIC – name changed with effect from November 17th, 2016 as per the approval of the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on October 4th, 2016) based in Southport, Connecticut. SII provides real estate investment advisory services to Strategia and its clients.
SII researches regional and property sector markets, identifies investment opportunities and manages asset performance. SII implements its parent company’s investment process by cooperating with the Kuwait Head Office in identifying, analyzing, structuring, managing and selling private and public market real estate assets.
SII manages both pooled investment funds and institutional client accounts. Additionally, SII provides investors with tax and legal planning advice to effectively manage tax liability exposure. SII benefits from KPFI’s international network of strategic partners which broaden our sources of investment opportunities.
SII’s core competency is its ability to efficiently match Gulf investors’ investment criteria with international investment opportunities. SII’s professional management team, comprised of U.S. nationals, employs sophisticated investment evaluation, tax structuring and management skills to directly benefit Strategia clients. SII works in partnership with Strategia to design investment products that enhance performance returns within the framework of each client’s risk thresholds.
