KPFI Share Fair Value

With reference to CMA approval to renew the right to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of company shares (treasury shares) on 26/03/2020, the management of Kuwait Pillars Financial Investment Company is pleased to announce that the fair value of its share is 44 fils (forty-four fils) according to the independent investment consultant’s evaluation – Cap Corp Investment Co. – prepared in August 2019.
