Private placement in the capital increase by 20%

Kuwait Pillars Financial Investment Company KSC announces that the private placement in the capital increase by 20% was not completed in the previous period, which was from 21/04/2019 to 02/05/2019.

Therefore, the subscription period will be extended for the company’s shareholders registered in the shareholders    register as of 28/03/2019 and the dates will be announced later.
