Private placement in the capital increase by 20%

Kuwait Pillars for Financial Investment Company is pleased to invite its shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders list as of 28/03/2019 to subscribe to the capital increase by issuing of 60,000,000 shares at 100fils per share and without issuance premium from 31/03/2019 to 11/04/2019. In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors at its meeting # 145 held on 10/02/2019 and in accordance with the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 04/02/2018.
