Investors Affairs Unit
  • Kuwait Pillars seeks to provide an effective communication mechanism between the company and all current and potential investors through the implement of effective governance that allows investors to directly contact and access all information, enabling them to obtain all the basic data of the company and its activity in a timely manner so that they can make investment decisions in the company easily.
  • The company has set up a special unit to handle the affairs of investors and to organize their affairs and to ensure that they receive all the essential data in a timely and accurate manner. The Investors Affairs Unit provides its services to the shareholders of the company by answering their inquiries, maintaining their records and providing information and data on the changes and reordering and distribution of dividends shares.
  • In addition, the Investors Affairs Unit provides financial statements and reports with the aim of seeking to maintain close relationship with shareholders.

 

Investors Affairs Unit Goals
  • Communicate with the shareholders and inform them of the company’s strategy and activities and maintain the effectiveness of dialogue with investors.
  • Protect all of its shareholders ‘rights including minority shareholders’ rights as well as the rights of the various stakeholders in the company.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding the company including its financial statement and its major shareholders.
  • Encourage shareholders to participate effectively in General Assembly Meetings and grant them their rights in line with the company’s Articles of Association and the prevailing laws and regulations, including the Companies Law.
  • Provide declarations to the shareholders with their due dates in accordance with the requirements issued by the various regulatory bodies and laws in this regard.
  • The Company shall identify and protect the general rights of shareholders, in order to ensure justice an equality among all shareholders regardless of their level.
