Kuwait stock exchange announces that the Extraordinary General Assembly of Strategia Investment Company (SIC) will take place on Wednesday 8-7- 2015 at 12:00PM in Ministry of Commerce and Industry, which will discuss the recommendation of the board of directors about the optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange and approve it.

Note that this recommendation is subject to approval of the General Assembly Meeting and without the objection of the board of directors and the regulators.
