KPFI treats implementation of Corporate Governance practices as an integral part of their business operations and are committed to follow the best international practices in this regard and achieve the highest standards of Corporate Governance.
KPFI has well defined corporate governance framework in place and it operates within the limits of corporate governance standards. The Board of Directors of the company is committed to the ongoing implementation of new initiatives to improve the corporate governance for the benefit of all stakeholders.
KPFI follows guidelines of Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Kuwait while framing corporate governance charter for their use and guidance. The Company having been registered on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) has also to comply with their corporate governance guidelines. Compliance with the corporate governance guidelines of CMA, KSE and such other regulatory authorities contribute immensely in strengthening corporate governance structure of the Kuwait Pillars.
