Kuwait Stock Exchange announces, as informed by Capital Markets Authority, that it approved the request of Strategia Investment Company regarding the optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange; where the company obtained the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly on the recommendation of the board of directors about the optional delisting at its meeting held on 8- 7-2015. Note that the free negotiable percentage of the company’s shares is 37% of the total shares listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange.

Upon such approval, the company shall comply with the procedures mentioned in section VIII of the companies’ shares listing system in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
