Buy or sell 10% of KPFI shares (Treasury Shares)

The management of KPFI announces that as per received letter dated 28/07/2022, Capital Markets Authority has approved to renew the right to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of KPFI shares for a period of six months from the date of approval granted on 28/07/2022.

The fair value of the share is 90 fils (Ninety fils) according to the independent investment consultant’s evaluation prepared based on financial statements as of 31 Dec. 2021.
