Buy or Sell 10% of KPFI Shares

The management of KPFI announces that as per received letter dated 26/03/2020, Capital Markets Authority has approved the company’s request and allowed it to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of its shares for a period of six months from the date of approval granted on 26/03/2020.
