Buy or Sell 10% of KPFI Shares

The management of KPFI announces that as per received letter dated 11/11/2020, Capital Markets Authority has approved to renew the right to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of KPFI shares for a period of six months from the date of approval granted on 11/11/2020.

The fair value of the share is 47 fils (forty seven fils) according to the independent investment consultant’s evaluation prepared in November 2020.
